Elegant Bouquet Thinking of You Card w/Vellum

I got the idea for this beautiful card from a couple cards that I saw online. I loved the idea so I just had to try it. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and can't wait to try it with different designer papers and embossing folders. It was also really easy to make too!

I started with a dark blue base then added the Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper from the Comfort Cafe collection. Next I embossed the vellum with a Stampin' Up! Elegant Bouquet embossing folder and attached it to the designer paper. I stamped the sentiment with Stampin' Up! Not Quite Navy ink and a stamp from my Stampin' Up! Sincere Salutations set. Then I added the self-adhesive rhinestones and finished with a couple sprays of Tattered Angel Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer mist.
