Here's another gorgeous card that I made with my Stampin' Up! Elements of Style stamp set. If you checked out my previous post you'll see that this is yet another technique that this stamp set is perfect for. It's kinda hard to tell in the pic but I made this with the faux mother of pearl technique and I love how it turned out. The colors are gorgeous together and it looks so elegant. Here's how to make it:
First cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of gray card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Stampin' Up! Very Vanilla for the first layer, a 3 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of gray for the image's first layer, and a 3 1/4" x 4" piece of glossy white for the front layer.
Then use a Stampin' Up! Ticket Corner Punch to punch the corners of the first and front layers. Next create the faux mother of pearl background. Click here for an awesome tutorial. Here's my supply list:
Supplies
Stamp sets: Stampin' Up! Elements of Style, Precious Few
Ink: Stazon Jet Black ink, Stampin' Up! Always Artichoke, Pretty in Pink
Accessories: Twinkling H2O watercolor paints - Celestial Sun, Chiffon Pink, Sea Glass (I think), aqua painter, Spellbinders Classic Ovals Die, Fiskars scalloped oval punch, mini pop dots, ribbon, Tsukneko Frost White Ink
Then stamp the image over the background with Stazon Jet Black ink. Watercolor it with the Twinkling H2Os paint and an aqua painter and allow to dry. Next attach the image to the it's gray first layer, then to the Very Vanilla first layer. Next tie the ribbon around the first layer and attach it to the base. Then punch the sentiment's background out of gray card stock with a Fiskars scalloped oval punch, cut the sentiment's oval out of Very Vanila card stock with a Spellbinders Classic Ovals die and stamp the sentiment with Stampin' Up! Always Artichoke ink and a stamp from a Stampin' Up! Precious Few stamp set. Then attach the sentiment to it's background then to the front layer with mini pop dots and enjoy!

I made this gorgeous card with my Stampin' Up! Elements of Style stamp set. It's another one of my favorites because it's so versatile. The flowers look great when you color them and also when you just stamp them in colored ink and leave them plain. It's also awesome for several techniques as well. I love how this turned out. All the colors go together very nicely and I love the dimensional effect. Here's how to make it:
First cut a 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of white card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4 1/8" x 4 1/8" piece of black for the first layer, a 4" x 4" piece of white for the second layer, a 3 1/8" x 3 1/8" piece of black for the third layer, a 3" x 3" piece of white for the fourth layer, a 2 1/8" x 2 1/8" piece of black for the fifth layer, and a 2" x 2" piece of white for the sixth layer.

Here's another card that I made with my Stampin' Up! Elements of Style stamp set. I love how it turned out. Blackberry Bliss is one of my favorite Stampin' Up! colors (like you haven't noticed right? LOL), I love the monochromatic look, the script looks elegant and the sponging really makes the flowers stand out. Here's how to make it:
First cut a 6" x 9 1/2" piece of Blackberry bliss card stock and fold it in half for the base, two pieces of white one 4 1/2" x 5 3/4" for the middle layer and the other 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" for the front layer.
Next sponge the edges of the smaller piece of white card stock, stamp the flowers, then the script using a Stampin' Up! French Script background stamp. Then punch the scalloped oval with a Fiskars scalloped oval punch and cut the regular oval with a Spellbinders Classic Oval die. Next sponge the oval's edges, stamp the sentiment, attach the classic oval to the scalloped oval then to the card front with mini pop dots. Then cut out the butterfly with a Stampin' Up! Beautiful Wings Embosslit, attach it with a mini pop dot and enjoy!

I made this gorgeous card with one of my favorite stamp sets, Stampin' Up! Elements of Style, using one of my favorite techniques, emboss resist (click here for an awesome tutorial). The stamp set's not only gorgeous it's also very versatile and perfect for several techniques. The emboss resist technique's easy to do and I think it makes the image look like it's glowing. Since this was made with one of my favorite stamp sets, using one of my favorite techniques and it's my favorite color of course I love it LOL! Here's how to make it:
First cut a 6" x 9 1/2" piece of Stampin' Up! Elegant Eggplant card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4 1/2" x 5 3/4" piece of Stampin' Up! Wisteria Wonder for the middle layer and a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of white for the front layer.
Next heat emboss the image using Versamark ink and white embossing powder. Allow to cool then sponge Wisteria Wonder ink around the entire image. Then use a paper towel or rag to buff ink off the embossed images. Next use a Stamp a ma jig to stamp the sentiment with a stamp from the Stampin' Up! Happiest Birthday Wishes set in Wisteria Wonder ink, tie the ribbon around the bottom, attach the embossed card stock to the Wisteria Wonder card stock, then to the Elegant Eggplant base and enjoy!

I made this adorable card using my Stampin' Up! Happiness Shared, Elements of Style, and French Script stamp sets. I love how it turned out. The colors are really pretty together and it's so dainty, perfect for a little girl. Here's how to make it:
First cut a 5 3/4" x 8 1/2" piece of white card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4" x 5 1/2" piece of pink for the middle layer, a 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" piece of white for the front layer, a 1 3/4" x 4 1/2" piece of pink for the image background and a 1 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of white for the image.
Next create the background with the French Script background stamp in Stampin' Up! Pink Pirouette ink. Then stamp around the edges over the script background with the Elements of Style stamp in Pink Pirouette and Pear Pizzazz inks. I achieved two colors on one stamp by coloring the stamp with markers or ink pads and a blender pen. Then set the background aside. Next heat emboss the flowers from the Happiness Shared stamp set on vellum with Versamark ink and white embossing powder then punch the bottom with a Martha Stewart Doily Lace edge punch. Next flip over the vellum and color the flowers with Pink Pirouette and Pear Pizzazz inks then attach it to the piece of pink card stock. Next cut the small flap out of pink card stock with a Spellbinders Labels Seventeen die then cut off one of the shorter sides and attach it to the top of the strip with the flowers. Next add the self-adhesive pearls and ribbon. Make the bow with a mini bowdabra and attach a button to the center. Then finish assembling the card and enoy!
