Hearts A Flutter Valentine's Day Card

I made this adorable card with my Stampin' Up! Hearts a Flutter stamp set with matching Framelits dies. I love this set, it's so much fun to use! I really like how this turned out. The colors look great together and the glitter ribbon's a nice touch. Here's how to make it:

First cut a 5 3/4" x 8 1/2" piece of red card stock and fold it in half for the base and a 4" x 5 1/2" piece of white for the front layer.

Then dry emboss the front layer with a Darice Layered Hearts embossing folder. Next stamp the large hearts in Stampin' Up! Real Red ink on red, white and pink card stocks then the smaller ones on white card stock. Next cut out the hearts with Stampin' Up! Hearts a Flutter Framelits Dies and the oval with a Spellbinders Classic Oval die then sponge the oval's edges and stamp the sentiment in Real Red ink with a stamp from a Stampin' Up! Great Friend set. Then attach the ribbon around the front layer, attach the sentiment and hearts with mini pop dots, attach the front layer to the base and enjoy!

Please let me know if you have any questions, I'm always happy to help. I always appreciate any comments/suggestions that you'd like to share. Thank you for stopping by, have a great day!
