Bells & Boughs Merry Christmas Card

I made this beautiful card with my Stampin' Up! Bells & Boughs stamp set.  I love it because it just screams Christmas and it's a lot of fun to color and layer to create the 3D effect. Here's how to make it:

First cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of green card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of burgundy for the front layer, a 2 1/4" x 5 1/4" piece of patterned paper, a 3" x 3" piece of green for the image's first layer, a 2 7/8" x 2 7/8" piece of burgundy for the image's middle layer and a 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" piece of white for the image.

Next using a stamp a ma jig and Stazon Jet Black ink stamp the holly down the right side of the front layer, attach the patterned paper strip on the right side then attach the ribbon and attach the front layer to the base. Then again, using a Stamp a ma jig, stamp the Holly in Jet Black ink, color it with Spectrum Noir' alcohol markers then lightly sponge the area around it with Stampin' Up! Crushed Curry then Cherry Cobbler ink. Next stamp the bells on another piece of white card stock, color them with the Spectrum Noir' markers and cut them out then attach them over the holly with mini pop dots. Then attach the image to it's burgundy middle layer then to the green first layer then to the front layer. Next cut out the label for the sentiment with a Spellbinders Labels Twenty die, stamp the sentiment with a Stamp a ma jig and Jet Black ink then sponge around the sentiment with the Crushed Curry and Cherry Cobbler inks. Then attach it with mini pop dots and enjoy!
