Pink and Green Blooming with Kindness Card

I made this pretty card with my Stampin' Up! Blooming with Kindness stamp set. I absolutely love this set!!! The flowers are gorgeous and really versatile too! I like how this turned out, the colors look great together, the two shades give it a 3D effect, and I love that background! Here's how to make it:

First, cut 6" x 9 1/2" piece of pink card stock and fold in half for the base, a 4" x 5 1/8" piece of green card stock for the middle layer, and a 3 3/4" x 4 7/8" piece of white card stock for the front layer.

Next randomly stamp the background on the base with a stamp from the Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Grunge set in Stampin' Up! Rose Red ink and set it aside. Next using a Stamp a ma jig stamp the two lighter flowers with the double-stamping technique (ink your stamp then stamp on a piece of scrap paper then on your card stock w/out re-inking) with Rose Red ink, then stamp the darker flowers with the Rose Red ink as you normally do. I love this technique, it gives the project kind of a 3D effect. Next stamp the sentiment, attach the front to the green card stock, then the green to the base and enjoy!

Please let me know if you have any questions, I'm always happy to help. I always appreciate any comments/suggestions that you'd like to share. Thank you for stopping by, have a great day!
