Christmas Lodge Card

I made this pretty card with my Stampin' Up! Christmas Lodge stamp set. It's another one of my favorite Christmas sets because I'd just love to spend the holidays there lol! I really like how this turned out, it feels so warm and homey. Here's how to make it:

First cut a 5 3/4" x 9" piece of light brown card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of green for the first layer, a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of light brown for the front layer, a 2 1/4" x 4" piece of patterned paper for the front left side, a 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" piece of green for the image background and a 2" x 3" piece of vanilla for the image.

Next emboss the front layer with a Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations wood grain embossing folder, attach the patterned paper, attach the front to the middle layer and then tie the ribbon  around both layers. Next stamp the image and sponge it's edges in Stampin' Up! Baked Brown Sugar ink, then apply Diamond Stickles glitter glue and allow to dry. In the meantime cut out the sentiment with a Spellbinders Labels Four die, sponge the edges and stamp the sentiment with Baked Brown Sugar ink and a stamp from a Stampin' Up! More Merry Messages stamp set, and attach the self-adhesive rhinestones. Then attach the image to it's background then to the front layer. Next attach the sentiment with mini pop dots, the snowflake button and self-adhesive rhinestone with hot glue, then attach the middle layer to the base and enjoy!
