Warmth of a Cold Nose

Here's another cute card that I made with my Stampin' Up! Hot Diggity Dog stamp set. I adore dogs (I have 4 of them lol!) so of course this is one of my favorite sets. I'm really happy with how this turned out. The colors look great together and the dog's soooooo adorable!!! Here's how to make it:

First cut a 6" x 9" piece of black card stock and fold in half for the base, a 4 1/4" x 5 3/4" piece of red for the middle layer, a 4" x 5 1/2" piece of white for the front, a 2 3/4" x 3 1/4" of black for the image first layer, a 2 1/2" x 3" piece of red for the image middle layer and a 2 1/4" x 2 3/4" piece of white for the dog.

Then randomly stamp the bones from the Hot Diggiity Dog set and the paw print from the Bear Hugs set in Stazon Jet Black ink on the front. Next using a Stamp a ma jig stamp the dog's body and the sentiment on the 2 1/4" x 2 3/4" piece of white card stock and color the shirt and collar with Stampin' Up! Real Red ink and a blender pen. Then stamp the dog's head in Jet Black ink on a separate piece of white card stock, cut it out and attach it to the body with a mini pop dot. Next attach the dog's layer to the middle layer then to the black layer then to the front. Next tie the ribbon around the front layer and attach it to the middle layer then to the base and enjoy!
